- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel rooms division, including guest services, housekeeping, and reservations.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation of all hotel rooms and public areas.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure efficient turnover of rooms and timely response to guest requests.
- Manage room inventory and availability, including reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.
- Monitor and analyse room occupancy, rates, and revenue to maximize profitability.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide exceptional guest service and maintain productivity.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare reports and budgets related to room division performance and expenses.
