- Minimum of five years experience as Roller Operator in a long product rolling mill
- Work experience in high speed bar and rod mill operation
- To act as Senior Roller in his absence
- To change pass, guide or stand whenever required.
- To prepare and make the mill ready for new size in case of size change.
