QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Technical Theater, Stage Production, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in relevant technical areas (e.g., automation control systems) would be advantageous.
- 5+ years proven and relevant experience ideally with 2-3 years' experience in an automation role. Previous experience in a similar role within the entertainment industry or theater productions is highly preferred.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think quickly and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently, especially during live performances.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings (overnight), weekends, and holidays, as dictated by the event schedule.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate execution of cues and technical requirements for each production.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes and work well under pressure in a fast-paced, live event environment.
