TECHNICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

- Adaptability to different client needs and fitness levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Continuous learning and staying updated on industry advancements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Certified fitness professional from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (preferred).
- REPs certification
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Previous experience in personal training or a related fitness field.
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and fitness program design.
