Hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, road and bridge engineering, or a related field.
Deep knowledge of road design, technical standards and local and international regulations related to construction and maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and road plans.
Ability to analyze geotechnical data and use it in road design and planning.
Good communication skills and the ability to deal with clients, contractors and government agencies.
Ability to prepare technical reports and reviews to evaluate the quality of road designs and projects.
