Salary $65,000 - $70,000 per year

For 20 years, we have become one of the leading luxury retailers in our industry. We have an immediate opening for a Retail Manager for our DC location. Ideal candidates will have previous high-end/ luxury retail operations experience with a strong background in merchandising, inventory, and shipping & receiving. This is a full-time, direct hire role, salaried + bonus.

Job Details

Is your background a fit?

  • 5+ years of luxury brand retail operations experience
  • Demonstrated in store maintenance, administration & event activities
  • Extremely organized with a high regard to details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to lift 40-50lbs

What will you be doing?

  • Create a positive environment that promotes sales and remarkable client experiences
  • Work closely with the Sales, HQ Operations, and Client Experience teams
  • Care for all inventory - cleaning, display
  • Manage shipping, transfers, and intake for all merchandise
  • Oversee all store operations from client hosting to maintaining an immaculate environment
  • Store open & close (based on schedule), supply ordering, and general administrative functions
  • Partner with HQ operations team to ensure all protocols are being followed and supplies are in stock
  • Maintain accurate data entry of all client purchases and customer information
  • Provide support for all store and in-market events in partnership with corporate events team
