Retail Leasing Manager

Schedule and conduct site visits with potential clients and agents
Responsible for leasing vacant units and maintaining the required occupancy rate
Negotiate and persuade tenants to implement all terms and conditions mentioned in the contract form
Assisting prospective tenants with their leasing inquiries
Actively search and acquire desired stores for the project.
Handling all incoming retail leasing inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
Maintain all rental filing systems, in paper and electronic form that can be easily accessed by the team.
Required profile of candidates

Minimum 5 years retail leasing experience required

Responsible for leasing and managing units to qualified applicants within the specified time frame and at approved rental rates to achieve and maintain a high standard of operation with good rent at all times.
