Restaurant Bar Manager

Our client is an upscale casual restaurant based in Dubai are looking for a Restaurant & Bar Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daytoday operations of the restaurant and bar.
• Ensure efficient workflow and maintain high standards of service.
• Address customer inquiries complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Foster a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with chefs and bartenders to develop innovative menus that appeal to target clientele.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Coordinate promotional events happy hours and special offers to drive sales.
• Utilize social media and other marketing channels to increase visibility and engagement.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in a bar management role in dubai.

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively interact with guests staff and vendors.
• Ability to communicate the restaurants vision and standards clearly to all stakeholders.
• Genuine enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional service and hospitality.
