Team-oriented consulting firm is seeking a Survey Manager for their Fort Wayne, Indiana team! This position is eligible for a flexible hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight/management of survey crews and survey processing (including office technical CADD staff)
- Develop/manage mapping and legal descriptions (Right of Way Engineering and Location Route Survey Plats)
- Pursue new projects
- Attend meetings to assist with establishment of project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Research/identify needed information
- May require travel, including overnight occasionally
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelor s degree from an ABET accredited program
- PLS certification
- Ability to sign/seal legal documents
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with Windows 10, Office 365, Internet software, and GIS mapping
- Experience with project scheduling
