Experience:
Preferably have previous reservations management experience in the hotel or accommodation industry. Experience helps you understand job requirements and improve your performance.
Knowledge of reservations management system:
Must be familiar with reservations management systems used in the industry and how to determine room and venue availability and process reservations.
