- Lead all activities pertaining to operating the Reservations Department to maximize room revenues and profit.
- Manage room availability across all distribution systems to maximize sales opportunities
- Implement yield strategies developed by the Director of Revenue to maximize booking opportunities.
- Implement necessary controls and restrictions in the various distribution systems to effectively manage demand
