- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the reservation department
- Manage and train reservation staff
- Monitor and analyze reservation system data to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and no-shows
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Handle revenue
- Handle escalated guest inquiries and complaints
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
