Job Description

- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about room availability, rates, and hotel facilities
- Book reservations for guests over the phone, email, or online platforms
- Ensure accuracy in all reservation details, including guest information, room type, and special requests
- Process reservation confirmations and collect deposits or payment information
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues related to reservations
- Maintain and update reservation records and reports
- Provide excellent customer service and engage in upselling and promotional activities
