Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones and assist customers in making altering or canceling reservations
- Respond to emails with reservation information confirmations and additional details related to club bookings
- Advise customers regarding ongoing promotions or available upgrades that may enhance their experience
- What we are looking for
- Experience in reservations system Seven Rooms is a must
- Handson approach with a cando work style
- Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
- Strong communication skills
