- Provides courteous customer service and helps coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of living quarters, customers, and staff.
- Tracks and reports site housing activities.
- Responsible for providing living quarters for PCS, TCS, TDY, or R&R Soldiers daily.
- Exact knowledge of all employees and their responsibility for the housing office, and participate in the career development of employees.
- Able to react to last minute changes in a timely manner.
- Manage the day to day cleaning of billets which house the PCS, TCS, TDY, and R&R Soldiers.
