Research and Development Technology Manager

•Manage research and development criteria based on enterprise needs and priorities for portfolio prioritization.
•Manage mechanisms for selecting, managing, and controlling the performance of research projects to ensure alignment with prioritization criteria.
•Establish a funding structure and mechanism for research and development projects and joint venture opportunities to ensure alignment with project prioritization and selection.

Collaboration and Partnership within R&D program
Responsibility:
•Establish collaborations and partnerships, promote ENEC and the UAE Nuclear Program, and establish strategic R&D relationships with potential research partners in order to advance the research and development program and enterprise priorities.
•Establish a framework to enable collaborations and partnerships with leading international research and development institutions and programs.
•Build constructive relationships with stakeholders through networking and attending meetings and events which are important to the ENEC research programs
