Job Description
Educational Qualifications or Certifications: A bachelor's degree in information technology or related field is usually required. Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCSA can be an advantage.
Technical knowledge: Deep understanding of operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux), computer networking, email, cybersecurity, and core software packages.
Communication and Customer Service Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with users, understand their technical problems, and provide solutions in a friendly and clear manner.
Ability to solve problems and technical diagnosis: Ability to analyze technical problems, provide technical support, and guide users to solve problems.
