Manages the Group contract database to ensure group driven contracts are catalogued, stored and maintained, with access carefully monitored to safeguard confidentiality
Monitors contractual amendments and changes requested by OpCos / subsidiaries, coordinating with the relevant category teams
Provides legal and contractual support for Group category teams in negotiating and finalizing supplier contracts (e.g., terms and conditions, supplier liability, etc.)
