Key Responsibilities
● Work in partnership with the Retention Manager to devise strategies and campaigns to help us maximize our retention numbers
● Work in close proximity to the acquisition and conversion teams to ensure we employ joined up logic across all teams focusing on customer optimization.
● Work closely with software analysts and developers to help deliver any internal software upgrades that will be required to help boost our retention results
● Developing, implementing and managing end-to-end campaign roadmap for customer Lifecycle journey.
● Campaign management for entire Customer Lifecycle stages / touchpoints across all communication channels viz push notifications, email, SMS, WhatsApp, telegram etc
