• Assist customers in renting vehicles according to their preferences and needs. • Provide information on available vehicle options, rental policies, and pricing. • Coordinate vehicle reservations and ensure smooth rental transactions. • Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure proper documentation for rentals. • Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly. Skills • Previous experience in customer service minimum 2 Years. • Minimum graduation required. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of rental car policies and procedures. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
