Position Title: Remote Live Chat Agent Employment Type: Part-Time Salary Range: 35 - 50 QAR per hour Al Faisal Holding is currently seeking a Remote Live Chat Agent to join our team. As a Remote Live Chat Agent, your main responsibility is to provide excellent customer service through live chat support to our clients. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is a good communicator, highly organized, and has at least 4 years of relevant experience in customer service. Additionally, we are seeking someone with excellent project management skills who can work independently and has an eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: -Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner through live chat support -Provide prompt and accurate replies to customer inquiries and concerns -Manage several chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards -Identify and escalate customer issues or concerns to the relevant departments -Maintain customer satisfaction by providing quick and effective resolutions -Document customer interactions and transactions accurately -Proactively identify ways to improve customer service delivery -Meet or exceed the set targets for chat metrics and other related performance indicators -Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management Qualifications: -Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language -At least 4 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in a remote capacity -Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and queries simultaneously -Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Proficient in using computers and web-based tools -Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment -Project management skills is desirable -Flexible and available to work on a part-time basis If you are interested in joining our team, please submit your up-to-date resume and a cover letter.
