Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming chat messages from customers promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers in a timely manner
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues relating to the services provided by Careem
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in chat support or customer service
- Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
- Good decision-making skills to handle difficult customer inquiries
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Availability to work in flexible shifts based on business needs
- Must have a stable internet connection to work remotely
