Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in chat support or customer service
- Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
- Good decision-making skills to handle difficult customer inquiries
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Availability to work in flexible shifts based on business needs
- Must have a stable internet connection to work remotely
