Regulatory Toxicologist-Personal Health Care

Job Qualifications

As a valued R&D Scientist, we are looking for someone with a PhD in pharmacology/toxicology preferred; an equivalent bioscience degree will be considered.

• Specific experience in toxicology (1-3 yrs. Post-doctorate)
• Applicants must have a working knowledge of the physiologic and toxicologic effects of drugs, chemicals and natural substances on biological pathways; experience in nutrition also desired.
• Proven ability forming positive relationships with diverse customers and functions.
• Ability to proactively identify skill/capability gaps and develop a learning plan to expand knowledge; a passion to be sharpened in an inquisitive environment and grow personal capability and technical proficiency and strengthen the organization.
• Demonstrable interest in stakeholder education, sharing knowledge internally and externally, locally and globally, and continually seeking innovative ways to capture learning through system and work process improvements.
• Be open and flexible, able to demonstrate agility in responding to needs of the business and the organization. Have a demonstrated track record of embracing change and being able to operate with discipline and flow-to-the-work to meet organizational and business objectives.

• Clarity and strength of communication (oral and written) in both English and Spanish is a strong preference for this position; Portuguese language skills would also be a strong asset for the preferred candidate.
