Job Description

- Protect patients and themselves from infectious disease by using
- appropriate safety apparel; including masks, gloves and glasses.
- Strict attendance is required to ensure continuity of care for patients;
- which includes, but is not limited to, reporting to work on time and as
- scheduled with the ability to perform assigned duties.
- Educate patients regarding preventive dental care, cause and
- treatment of dental issues and oral health services.
- Provide non-clinical mentoring/education to dentists in group as it
- relates to oral surgery to enhance group knowledge base.
- Devise individualized treatment plans for patients independently or
- by consulting with other providers (e.g. Medical Doctors, referring
- dentists, dental specialist) as needed to treat patient.
- Evaluate and determine treatment based on position of the wisdom
- teeth (collaborate with other providers as necessary to plan
- treatment).
- Provide treatment in an Operating Room (OR) setting as necessary
- for patients undergoing General Anesthesia.
