- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education/Certifications: Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred, equivalent experience can be substituted for degree.
- Education:
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required
- Experience:
- Must have three (3) years of demonstrated Human Resource Administrative/Generalist experience.
- Prefer large DoD Project/OCONUS HR Experience.
- Skills:
- Must have working knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law, Middle East customs and work regulations.
- Must have a high degree of professionalism, outstanding interpersonal skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Must be highly experienced in all MS Office Suite such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and knowledge on how to manage Sharepoint Site.
