Morning Opening Bread Baker is needed for one of Tucson's best french bakeries.
The hourly rate is up to $16.50/hour based on experience. This position will be the first there to open the kitchen around 3:30 or 4:00 am, fire up the ovens, and start the baking process. You must be able to work weekends. The baker will have their afternoons off! A benefits package is forthcoming. Paid time off.
We are busy but fun.
We NEED YOU. We sell out every day.
Requirements:
- Able to start early and leave early
- Work weekends
- Good hygiene
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- High-volume commercial or catering bread-baking experience
- Skilled with French bread and rolls - this is a priority
- Tucson local, who can reliably commute to the Southeast Tucson area
