Must haves:
- BS Degree in Engineering
- 10 years proven industry track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a low volume, highly engineered manufacturing environment (within water and wastewater treatment industries)
- Very technical aptitude, must be able to have technical conversations regarding water and wastewater applications
- Ability to travel 3-4 days per week within territory
- Experience working with a highly motivated sales team, managing a network of sales representatives is also desirable
