Regional Fragrance Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the teams’ individual learning needs and performance to develop and align with concerned parties on short, mid & long-term training and development plans.
• Contributes to defining the training calendar based on learning needs / retail excellence projects/partners requests/strategy for the Middle East.
• Roll-out training programs as per training calendar (onboarding of newcomers, product & client experience training).
• Deep understanding of the company culture, heritage, product pillars and seasonal collection knowledge.
• Support team on the floor through follow-up sessions to enhance client service, storytelling and selling techniques in accordance with the brand standards.
  

Key Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of related work experience with the luxury industry.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills & Excellent organization skills
• An in-depth understanding of Luxury Retail, Client Experience, and selling skills are required
• Excellent understanding of Learning and blended learning.
• Demonstrate ability to influence, and strong follow-up skills.
• Willing to travel frequently.
