Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes
• Ability to identify top talent and build a strong network
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• UAE experience is preferred
