- Contacting the leads provided
- Managing and responding to leads via telephone and WhatsApp
- Responding to inquiries and answering questions about the services provided
- Follow up with leads via email and phone calls
- Provide potential candidates with accurate information on jobs valuable and process
- Reaching out to new leads and developing your desk.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability.
- Ambition and passion to develop your own database of candidates
- Team player
- Be clear and concise when conducting interviews with potential candidates.
- Good Microsoft office skill ⢠Passion for success and results driven .
- Must have at least 2 years in in sales or recruitment
- UAE driving license.
