Arthur Lawrence is urgently looking for a Recruitment Executive for a client in Dubai. Kindly review the job requirements below. Your immediate application will enable us to place you successfully.
MustHave:
- 5 years of experience in recruitment
- Skilled in posting job advertisements sourcing profiles screening candidates and involved in candidate evaluation
- Indepth knowledge of sourcing techniques and conducting market research
- Exterpise in utilizing recruitment tools building / maintaining a talent pipeline and assisting in assessments / tests to evaluate candidates
- Handson experience in reviewing resumes conducting initial phone screening scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
Nice to Have:
- Bachelors/ Masters degree in relevant discipline.
