Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new client leads and present to them about Robert Walters’ unique selling proposition
• Gain a thorough understanding of the client's business, culture and successfully interpret their unique resourcing requirements
• Build long-term and trusted relationships with new and existing clients by providing valuable information that includes salary benchmarks, talent movements and industry insights
• Develop and implement short and long-term recruitment campaigns as well as deliver service, quality and results
• Develop and provide consultation to a large network of candidates with both immediate and long-term career needs
• Assess their skills and experience, their career goals and their suitability for different roles
• Manage the interview process and negotiate with clients on remuneration packages

Key Requirements

• Dynamic individual with at least three years of work experience in any fields or job functions
• Strong sales mindset with a strong determination to succeed
• Fluent or business level of English communication
• Able to work under pressure and a dynamic environment
• Team player, self-motivated and resilient
• Loves interacting with people and engaging with various stakeholders both internally and externally
• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial
