Job brief – Social Media Manager – Instagram, Facebook, Youtube

We are looking for a talented Social media manager to administer our Instagram You will be responsible for creating original videos and managing You will manage our creative to achieve our marketing

As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media

Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media Instagram presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer

Role Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our Instagram, Facebook and Youtube Page, in partnership with and under guidance of the digital marketing and content operations teams
• Manage and ensure that all individual content pieces are uploaded per schedule and are configured as per internal specification (titling, thumbnails, chaptering, metadata, #tags, etc)
• Develop strategies to increase website traffic and conversion rates through organic means such as creating engaging content, optimizing titles and descriptions
• Posting original content including images, stories, reels and videos that are relevant to news and audience interests
• Take responsibility for the overall look and design of all channels and make sure they obey all relevant branding guidelines as specified by the digital marketing leads
• Maintain content tracking calendar
• Able to be trusted with confidential information & content
• Understanding of Instagram algorithm for the feed Posts rely on three key signals (Who, What & When)
• Depth knowledge of five main interactions - time spent, likes, comments, saves & taps on profile
• Having clear strategy of Algorithm to increase Engagements
• In-Depth understanding of Reels, Story, Post

The Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of proven Social Media experience
• Direct experience with running successful Instagram Page, Vlogger or other, similar community-driven online video / content portals
• Clear and professional written & verbal communication skills
• Collaborative and enjoys working with diverse teams and disciplines
• Able to track maintain and track/deliver work against calendars and workflow timelines
• Strong understanding and knowledge of the Instagram
• Excellent time management
• Ability to optimize Instagram
• Ability to build a healthy relationship with the
