1) Greeting visitors & perform a variety of duties at the front desk.
2) Relay messages to relevant personnel and ensure effective communication within the organization.
3) Handle internal and external inquiries promptly and professionally.
4) Handling queries and complaints via phone email and general correspondence.
5) Answering phones professionally and routing calls as necessary.
6) Receiving sorting distributing and dispatching documents.
7) Handling transcription printing photocopying and faxing.
8) Managing office inventory such as stationery.
9) Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
10) Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area.
11) Receiving and sorting mail invoices courier contracts from other branches/business units
Requirements
1. Bachelor s Degree High School or Diploma of any course.
2. Must have experience of the same field (minimum 3 years)
3. Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).
4. Organized resourceful and must be presentable.
5. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
