Receptionist

§ Operate the switchboard, answering calls in a polite and efficient manner ensuring calls are directed to correct locations.

§ Provide a meet and greet service to clients and visitors.

§ Ensure the signing-in procedure is adhered to.

§ Coordinate all courier requirements.

§ Update telephone lists, starters, leavers, and circulate lists as appropriate.

§ Book meeting rooms and negotiate changes as required.

§ Arrange international or conference calls.

§ Manage external deliveries.

§ Maintain the reception area to the highest standard of appearance and efficiency. Ensure it is clean and tidy at all times.

§ In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform other duties as assigned by their Manager from time to time.

Salary - AED 5k + benefits
