Our client a wellknown health wellness and aesthetic clinic is looking to hire a Receptionist. You will be responsible for welcoming and assisting patients managing phone calls maintaining patient records handling administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service.
An ideal applicant for this role must be a reliable individual and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Main Responsibilities to include but are not limited to:
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer phone calls respond to inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate staff members
- Liaise with the insurance company and finance department
- Provide relevant information to clients about insurance coverage
- Report any complaints hazards or incidents that occurred to the management
- Maintain a clean waiting area
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- Prior work experience as a receptionist in a patientfocused environment is a must
- Proficient in using MS Office and Outlook
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills. Arabic language is a plus
- Ability to work in a fastpaced working environment
