• A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of sales professionals
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales results and exceed targets
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and trends
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to real estate sales, leasing, and transactions
