The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Manager to join our team in Dubai UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our real estate properties managing a team of professionals and ensuring the overall profitability and success of our real estate portfolio. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of all real estate properties including residential commercial and industrial properties Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and rental rates Manage and lead a team of real estate professionals including leasing agents property managers and maintenance staff Negotiate and execute lease agreements and contracts with tenants and vendors Conduct regular property inspections and ensure that maintenance and repairs are carried out in a timely manner Monitor and manage property budgets expenses and financial performance Stay up to date with local real estate market trends regulations and zoning laws Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants property owners and other stakeholders Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote and market available properties Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Real Estate Business Administration or related field. Proven experience in real estate management leasing or property management with at least 5 years in a managerial role Indepth knowledge of real estate laws regulations and market trends in the UAE particularly in Dubai Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment Proficient in property management software and MS Office suite Exceptional organizational and problemsolving skills Valid real estate license is preferred
