East Bay-based client is seeking a temp-hire Office Clerk to assist with the administrative and clerical needs of the organization. This is a fully on-site position with an hourly pay rate between $19-$20 depending upon relevant experience. For further information regarding this position, please attach your resume.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and update organization's files and database
- Coordinate oral and written communications
- Prepare emails, invoices, memos, reports, and other communication correspondence as needed
- Support and assist the organization's administrative staff
- Assist with printing, scanning, copying, and filing documents as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- 1-3 years of experience performing clerical/administrative duties
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization skills
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
