The Role
The real estate listing agent will be responsible for finding new secondary properties for potential buyers or renters. They will be the main point of contact between clients looking to sell or rent their units and the real estate brokerage making sure to secure listings to add to the companies portfolio as well as add to online listing platforms. The role requires strong communication and excellent marketing skills as well as a basic understanding of Dubai local real estate market. s Work closely with landlords to understand their needs and preferences for selling or renting a property. Conduct market research to determine the value of properties and advise clients on pricing strategies. Create and maintain listings for available properties including highquality photos and detailed descriptions. Stay uptodate on the local real estate market and industry trends to provide valuable insights and advice to clients. Manage and maintain an extensive network of contacts including potential buyers sellers and indutry professionals.

Requirements

• Should be interested in cold calling and other professional networking means to secure listings Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and industry. Ability to work independently and within a team. Proficient in using real estate databases and software. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Valid real estate license in the UAE.
