Research and compare similar properties in the area to determine a competitive market price.
Engage in intermediate-level negotiations throughout lease processes, advising clients on market conditions, pricing, legal obligations, and other related matters to ensure ethical and equitable interactions.

Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
