H & S Real Estate Ajman is looking for highly experienced innovative and competent Real Estate Brokers for their Ajman Office. The potential candidate should be able to perform the role of intermediary between landlord/seller and tenant/buyer.

Job Responsibilities:

Follow up with clients should be target oriented.

Arrange Client viewings / meetings

Generate potential leads to buy sell and rent properties.

Ability to handle negotiations and contracts to close the deals.

Counsel clients on market conditions prices and mortgages

** Candidates should have an excellent command in English. Arabic is a plus point

** Should have proven track record in sales.

** UAE driving license is a must.

**AED Salary / Month
