Real Estate Broker - Golden Gateway Real Estate

The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our team in Dubai UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local real estate market excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record of successful property sales and leasing. As a Real Estate Broker you will be responsible for representing clients in the buying selling and renting of properties as well as providing guidance and assistance throughout the entire transaction process. Responsibilities: Represent clients in the buying selling and renting of properties Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout the entire transaction process Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the local real estate market trends and property values Generate leads through networking marketing and prospecting Negotiate and finalize property transactions on behalf of clients Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers and renters Assist clients in making informed decisions about their real estate needs Stay updated on real estate laws regulations and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or relevant role Indepth knowledge of the local real estate market in Dubai UAE Strong negotiation and networking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid Real Estate Broker license in Dubai UAE Bachelors degree in Real Estate Business Administration or related field (preferred)
