☑ Resides in Dubai/Abu Dhabi with Middle East experience is highly preferred.
☑ Strong commercial acumen with the ability to handle sensible commercial deals.

☑ Open to UK expats, provided they have a solid understanding of the real estate landscape in Dubai/UAE.
☑ Arabic language skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
