Stay updated on industry best practices through ongoing training and professional development.

• Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate or a related field is preferred showcasing a solid educational foundation.
• Minimum 23 years of proven experience as a successful Real Estate Agent in the vibrant real estate market of Dubai.
• Possession of a RERA certification is required to demonstrate compliance with regulatory standards in the real estate industry.
• Indepth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market encompassing property values neighborhoods and current market trends.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to foster productive interactions with clients colleagues and stakeholders.
• A track record of successfully executing property transactions and consistently surpassing sales targets.
• Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a teamoriented environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in utilizing other cuttingedge real estate tools.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in all interactions reflecting the high standards of the real estate industry.
• A valid UAE driving license is a must for this role as it involves property visits and client meetings.
