- Working 10 Years and longer as a Qualified Aluminothermic welder and Railway MMA ARC Welder
- Having good knowledge in the Pandrol & Goldschmidt SOW-5 Aluminothermic Welding processes, good knowledge in MMA ARC welding process and procedures on AMS crossings, Turnout components and plain line welding techniques. Knowledge of basic Metallurgy
- Minimum 10 years as qualified Aluminothermic & MMA ARC Welder. Good knowledge and understanding level of AMS (Austenitic Manganese Steel) Crossing type, prior competent certification in Pandrol/Railtech or Goldschmidt SOW-5 A/T Welding Processes
