1. Degree / diploma in Civil Engineering, or in Quantity Surveying
2. With at least 8 – 10 years of relevant experience in a construction / contracting company in similar or relevant position
3. With hands-on experience of site commercial issues (should be hands-on and can actually do the work)
4. Knowledge of contractual issues, including variations
5. Negotiation skills
6. Exceptions to the specifications may be considered at management discretion depending on candidate's over-all potential and proven track record
