1. Reviewing and processing variations of consultants and contractors in accordance with the contract.
2. Administering variations of consultants and contractors in accordance with the client’s Change Management procedures.
3. Reviewing and ensuring insurances and bank guarantees (bonds) are in accordance with the requirements of the contract.
4. Reviewing EOT and prolongations cost claims.
5. Payment valuations and preparing payment certificates.
6. Preparing monthly cost report, cashflow and accruals.
7. Close out of final account, preparing final payment certificate and release of bank guarantees
Job specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or engineering.
- Sound knowledge in construction; Knowledge in FIDIC suite of Contract is an advantage.
- Min. 8 years’ experience with consultant or mixture of Consultant & Contractor.
- Candidate must have experience in Residential and building projects .
- Candidate must have experience in Contract and commercial management.
