1. Reviewing and processing variations of consultants and contractors in accordance with the contract.
2. Administering variations of consultants and contractors in accordance with the client’s Change Management procedures.
3. Reviewing and ensuring insurances and bank guarantees (bonds) are in accordance with the requirements of the contract.
4. Reviewing EOT and prolongations cost claims.
5. Payment valuations and preparing payment certificates.
6. Preparing monthly cost report, cashflow and accruals.
7. Close out of final account, preparing final payment certificate and release of bank guarantees
