Quantity Surveyor

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and other financial documents
• Provide accurate and timely progress reports to stakeholders
• Identify potential risks and offer solutions to mitigate them
• Monitor and track project expenses throughout the construction process
• Evaluate tender and contract documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering for cost-effective solutions
• Participate in project meetings to provide cost-related updates and recommendations
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS) accreditation preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation techniques
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and cost estimating software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and timely reports
