Qualifications And Skills
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS) accreditation preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation techniques
- Excellent numerical and analytical abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and cost estimating software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and timely reports
